I’m Xi Han, a registered psychotherapist. This is a space where you can pause, take a breath, and safely explore your inner world. I offer a secure and compassionate environment where, together, we can gently and clearly make sense of your struggles. Many people come to therapy feeling weighed down, stuck in repeating patterns, or uncertain about the future. My role is to walk alongside you, helping to make sense of these experiences and to discover new possibilities for healing and growth.

With training in Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP), psychodynamic principles, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), together with my background in medicine and psychology, I provide a holistic and personalized approach to therapy. This diverse expertise allows me to understand the complexities of the human mind and to tailor sessions to your unique needs and life circumstances.

I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding, compassion, and the courage to face what feels unbearable. In our work, before introducing any interventions, it is essential to first understand who you are, how you have been protecting yourself, and how we can collaborate to help you move beyond recurring themes and patterns.

My specialized training in Transference-Focused Psychotherapy allows us to pause and reflect on the dynamics between you and me, examining thoughts and emotions shaped by early experiences, attachments, losses, and trauma. Through this reflective process, you can gain deeper awareness, build resilience, and open a path toward clarity, freedom, and transformation.
